Cook the egg noodles in a large pot but avoid overcooking. Take a large pan and put some olive oil in it. Add the chicken to the pan and fry till golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and put all the seasonal vegetables in the pan. Chop the garlic and add it to the vegetables. Simmer for some time until the vegetables become soft. Now add back the chicken, noodles, and traditional chow mein sauce. Cook for two minutes and an irresistible, delicious meal is ready to serve. 

Sweet and Sour Chicken

It takes about 1hour to cook this delightful Chinese cuisine but the taste will surprise you. The main ingredients you need to cook this recipe at home are boneless chicken, self-raising flour, cornflour, pineapple chunks, red pepper, red chilies, vegetable oil, soda water, Chinese vinegar, and sugar, tamarind, and cold water.

To prepare sauce, take a pan and add some oil to it. Fry the pineapple chunks and red chili for 5-10 minutes, then pour into a blender and blend to get a smooth puree. Now add this puree with sugar, red pepper, vinegar, tamarind, and a pinch of salt. Cook until a thick consistency. 

Heat the oil in a pan and add flour, cold water, and soda water. Mix well to make a smooth batter. Quote the chicken with cornflour and then dip it into the batter. Fry till golden appearance on low flame. Serve with the sauce and receive appreciation. 

Kung Pao Chicken

It is a time-saving cuisine, but you need to do some early preparations. Marinate the chicken with vinegar, cornstarch, and baking soda. 

Fry the chicken till the color changes to a golden brown. Now keep it aside and fry the red and green bell peppers. You can also add some other but stir fry vegetables. Mix the chicken with sauce and vegetables and enjoy your perfect Chinese cuisine. 

Chicken Fried Rice 

How can we skip the most popular and lovely Chinese cuisine, the chicken fried rice, from the top favorite Chinese food items? It takes only 30 minutes but requires some early preparations. 

Marinate the chicken with vinegar, soy sauce, chili powder, and other ingredients. And left it for an hour.  Barbecue sauce is the best marinade to enhance the flavor. Boil the rice and keep it aside. 

Now take vegetable oil in a large pan or pot. And fry the chicken and garlic for 15 minutes. Now remove the chicken and fry all the vegetables till soft. Now add back the chicken to the vegetables and mix well with tomato puree or Chinese sauce. 

Simmer for 10 minutes. Spread a layer of rice and pour the stir fry vegetables and chicken over it. Repeat the process to make multiple layers. Top with coriander leaves and steam for 10-15 minutes. Serve with raita or simply yogurt.
