Turkey dental treatments are amazingly affordable; they come at prices you won’t get in Australian clinics and practices in North and Western Europe. This has left many patients wondering why. It is always believed that if the cost of dental treatment is low, the quality of service will be poor. However, in Turkey, the case is different. Please note that this is a country compliant with EU standards, yet their dental care clinics, including Smile Works Turkey provide dental care at competitive prices. That said, let’s see why this is so.
The cost of operating practices is less
So the first reason for low-cost Turkey dental care is the reduced general cost of operating dental practices. The cost here covers lab and dentist charges. The case is not the same for UK and US practices. There are even certain suggested estimates that peg Turkey’s dental care treatments at 55% less than what’s obtainable in Western Europe and the US. Note that this cost may vary, but overall you can pay more easily for oral procedures in Turkey. This way, patients get to save more. What’s more interesting is that we ensure all our patients pay less since our operational costs at Smile Works Turkey are less.
Turkey’s currency exchange is low
Yes, this is true and accounts for why special dental procedures like All-on-4 dental implants are pricey everywhere else but in Turkey. The British Pounds and American Dollars are higher compared to the Turkish lira. Here’s what we mean:
- £1 = 5,200 TRY
- €1 = 4,700 TRY
- $1 = 3,800 TRY
These exchange rates are on average. Obviously, should a patient come from any of these countries, what they will pay for the same dental treatment will be less. Quotes are available in Euro, US Dollar, and English Sterling Pound at our practice. Feel free to compare our treatment fees with your local practice’s. Because of the low currency exchange, we see patients coming in from Japan, Germany, Australia, Canada, and the UK.
Third-party fees are not high
This is yet another advantage of doing your dental treatment in Turkey. Of course, our dentists don’t charge much; operational practice charges and even lab fees are low. It might interest you to know that our A-Grade dentists are affordable. In fact, our dentists are paid following the local regulation. This gives patients some savings they can keep aside. Sometimes, dental patients are unhappy about expensive, third-party lab charges.
We manufacture some basic orthodontic devices such as braces and crowns at our practice. But we outsource a few of these products to a trusty third-party laboratory. Everything is paid for in the local currency, making the general fee typically low. Bear in mind that our affiliates and labs in the practice offer services at a good rate to patients. Should you be concerned that the cost of lab analysis may increase your overall fee, feel free to visit Smile Works Turkey.
Turkey travel is affordable
Tourism and travel ticket to Turkey are cheaper than travelling to countries like Hungary, Italy or Spain. All your tourism supplies, food, and hotel are affordable in Turkey. We mean that for around £19, you can lodge in a hotel for a day and spend under £10 for food at a local restaurant. Turkey has a wide range of accommodation, whether expensive or low-cost. As per accommodation, our team can assist you in getting what you can pay for.
There are good restaurants in Turkey offering a variety of food choices at affordable rates. Getting to these eateries won’t cost you much either. Transportation to appointments are on us; you don’t have to pay for this. What’s more? Your travel expenses will be less than your savings on your Turkey dental treatment.
Zero-cost services
Our clinic provides zero-cost services by reducing the general cost of your treatment. That’s not all. Your airport transfers and the cost of meeting your dental team on appointments are on us. In fact, you won’t pay for your first consultation with the dentist, and you will be diagnosed during this first consultation. If you were to do this in other countries, you would pay good money; however, these services are all for free at our practice.
The tools we use for a diagnosis, like 3D tomography scans and panoramic x-rays, are not included in the total cost of your treatment. While these tools may not be used all the time, dental practices in other countries will take a lot from your pocket where these diagnostic techs are required. If a 3D scan or X-ray is required for your diagnosis at our clinic, the cost will be low.
Zero additional fees
A chunk of your dental treatment cost is used on the procedure itself. For instance, if you need braces, the money will not go for settling lab, dentist or others; rather, it will be spent on designing your braces. In contrast, additional fees accumulate for dental procedures if you were to have them in the US. The reason is that the dental care clinics there charge for diagnostic scans, renting of equipment, insurance claims, etc. Here in Turkey, diagnostic testing and other services that don’t cover dental care entirely are not paid for by the patient. This is why patients gain a lot from savings on reduced costs. After paying for your treatment, what you have left can run into hundreds or thousands.
