What is a Teach Pendant Cable, its Specifications, Working & Robotic Usages?

Before discussing a Teach Pendant Cable we would like to know that what is a Teach Pendant which is also known as a Teach Box. Technically speaking it is a hand held modern day Apparatus that is needed for partial control of especially an Industrial Articulated Robot from a reasonable distance. This Device allows the Technician/Personnel to work with any robots without the need for linking it to a fixed end. Also Teach pendants have different settings for controlling robots.

The Connecting cable is 99.99% made of Pure Copper while its outer surface is made of 99.99% pure flexible PVC known as Polyvinyl Chloride which is a synthetic thermoplastic material purely made by polymerizing vinyl chloride with added Plasticizer. 

A Teach Pendent cable has excellent shielding interference effect & has an induced non-audible noise. A teach pendent cable should conform to FCC & CE Standards Specifications. TeachPendant cable exterior colors are Black, Pink or Green. The length of a teach pendent connecting cable is from 05 Meters to maximum 30 Meters. The cable has 2 connecters on each side. One connector is for connectivity on one side while the second connector is a 12 copper pins miniature connector for instant connectivity on the other side.
